Hi there, thanks for watching Praise on the SPot and today I will share with you my experience with Grab Express when I want my package to be delivered right away from Pasig to Pasay City.
So here is my review sa GRAB Exress. Let us start with the positives.
1. Bikers are very professional.
2. They are Very good communicators (papunta at delivered na status they updated me ) / Their phone operators were also helpful .
3. Lower cost compared to LBC and UBER
4. Very safe . All bikers who have signed up to provide the delivery service for Grab Express are qualified riders and have NBI clearances. In the unfortunate event that something happens to your parcel, rest assured that you are covered by insurance up to P2000
5. Convenient: wala na hassle sa lead time. (unlike LBC na next day delivery pa)... Or sa JRS na may cut off until 12 PM for a same day delivery.
6. Speed: Your parcel can be delivered right away.
For improvement:
1. The app sometimes nag ha hang.. hindi nag mo movekung saan nabanda ang biker.
2. Only in Metro Manila
